You cannot see your offline Bungie Friends. I am only able to see up to 11 online Bungie Friends, even when the game tells me I have 20+ online. The option to scroll is there, but the list does not...

Name that was used for years in destiny was changed on launch of Server Slam. Verified change on bungie.net and in Destiny 2.
