Q*bert ha commentato, Its been 24 hours since launch and i am missing server slam twitch drops. How do I submit a ticket or what is the process?

Q*bert ha commentato, I also completed the server slam twitch drops and do not have them. I'll keep an eye out but everyone i have played with today said they got them instantly on game loading for the first time.
