Bungie Support just make it so the box for the quest always spawns chem nades and doesn't lock out once the step is completed considering it's needed for the 2nd step and it doesn't need to be comp...

I have the same issue. I thought it was caused by me using the rook or me using the sponsored kits but the other skins seem to work fine.
