I am experiencing an issue with unlocking the Echo of Reprisal Void fragment on my Warlock. Although I have completed Into the Abyss, the Learning Light quest is unavailable in both my quest inventory and the Quest Archive.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, including restoring or resetting the missing quest if necessary.
