Recon Mastery bug
I just eliminated three downed runners in one echo pulse, on an Outpost run, but it didn't trigger the codex entry. Unfortunately, my AMD Adrenaline Software settings are not turned on to record my session, so I don't have the video feed. What else might you need from me? I ran this Outpost session around 10:00PM Eastern on Sunday 8/9/26. Finished around 10:18PM.

Thanks for reaching out. As it is difficult to investigate this without direct footage, would you be able to recall in detail what you did in that run to complete the Trifecta objective? We can try and identify if all criteria were met to unlock the Codex challenge. For instance, the down and kill needs to be completed by the player for it to count. Teammate assists or finishes may not count towards the Codex.
Wait, both the down and kill need to be completed by the same player? It only says "Defeat 3 Runners during a single Echo Pulse activation." I had shots on all three during combat to contribute to downing them, but it was a team effort. I was the one though, to go in and clean up the kills. Ugh. I'm never gonna complete this, then. The Echo Pulse activation doesn't last long, even using the purple core like I was running with. How am I supposed to do this? Sorry. I'm not angry, but frustrated. This entry, and the "down three runners inside smoke" on the Assassin are the last two I need for those shells. I swear I got that one on a different Outpost run, while they were trying to open Pinwheel, and they were pushed up against the big door to the elevator that you hack. Do the runners have to be in smoke, or do I have to be in the smoke and they can be outside? I guess I need some clarification on that one as well, please. Thank you for your assistance on this. I do appreciate any and all info you can offer.
