VIP Faction rewards unclaimable
Since the mid season update I haven’t been able to accept any agent faction rewards. 3 of 6 are vip and I can’t accept any rewards from those 3.

Thank you for the reports. We are aware of this issue and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
I have this problem too since the update.
I have CyberAcme, NuCaloric, and Traxus on VIP. Mida, Arachne, and Sekiguchi not yet VIP. I bought a bunch of reputation for every faction from C.A.R.R.I. and had a bunch of rewards on every faction. I was able to claim the level-up rewards for my non-VIP factions no problem, but I currently have (according to the UI) 9 CyberAcme rewards, 10 NuCaloric rewards, and 8 Traxus rewards waiting to be claimed. When I click the "Claim Rewards" button, a sound effect plays, but nothing else happens.
Exactly what is happening on my profile. I’m so annoyed I don’t even like the update, I would have rather they made the game work correctly then maybe start upgrading it?? Probably seems to logical
I’m having the same issue, I can only claim my one non-VIP faction rewards
I am having the same issue. Cannot collect any rewards. So disappointing when a game breaks after updating it.

Same here. Can't claim any faction rep rewards as all my factions are VIP. I can still claim faction mission rewards though.
