One Man's Treasure awarding when converting a non-Prestige item

I just got the One Man's Treasure codex entry and reward for converting three normal, un-upgraded guns. A longshot, an overrun, and a scar. Not complaining, but thought I would mention it here. I just exfiled the Temporal Fragment from the Anomalous matter event in Dire Marsh, so it could have something to do with that.
