Persisten Weasel error after getting a ginger error

Hi all,

I have a persistent weasel error when login to my account on the game. I cant even reach the main menu. Just after the click to login, the game tries to connnect to the servers and after that i get the weasel error. I was previously playing without problem earlier today but when queueing up another game, i got an ginger error. After that i instatly got the weasel error code and since then im unable to login to the game.

 

I have checked the network troubleshooting guide before opening this ticket, so there it goes the info requested on https://help.marathonthegame.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/49934725284372-Weasel-Error-code for speeding up things.

Exact date and time of the first and latest failed login, with your timezone. - 04/06/2026 around 17:20 CEST for the first time and the error is still persisting on the same day until now (19:20 CEST)
Your region - Spain
Your ISP name - Movistar
Does this only happen at certain times of the day? No, it is the first time that an error like this happens.

I have steam replays if needed with the error popping up

  • Update: i am now able to login without issue but let me know if i can provide anything to prevent that someone goes through this.
