Apology kits still not received
I'm still waiting to get my 7 apology kits in the mail. I played during the timeframe with my friends and they got theirs already meanwhile I've been struggling even getting help with it

Thank you for reporting.
Can you restart your game and make sure to double check your mailbox to see if you didn't receive your kits? If an increase of reports show that players are not getting compensated, we'll start investigating this issue. Would you also be able to screenshot your mailbox showing that you didn't get the kits if they don't appear?

the screenshot in the message is of my mailbox with nothing in it. I didn't get the kits. there's allot of people who haven't gotten compensated for the mess up.
