Early Bird VIP Factions Codex Bug
I haven't received the correct Codex rewards for achieving VIP rank for all factions in Season 1 (Early Bird VIP).
I VIP'd all factions during Season 1, but I only received the rewards for Mida and Sekiguchi for some reason. I am missing Early Bird VIP Codex rewards for Cyberacme, Nucaloric, Traxus, and Arachne.

- Description of Issue - Codex VIP Faction Rewards Bug
- Rough Date and Time of issue - I logged into Season 2 on 6/3 and went through the updated Codex. I received Early Bird VIP rewards for Mida and Sekiguchi despite having earned VIP status with ALL factions in Season 1.
- Repro steps - I logged in and clicked through the Codex notifications.
