Contracts have not been reset since the beginning of the second season

Description of Issue:
All quests were supposed to be reset after the start of the new season. But the "Data Reconstruction" contract remained from last season
As I understand it, many who have not completed the entire quest chain have encountered such a problem, and the error occurs on various unfinished contracts.
Also, the status of other corporations remained the same. If I opened them in the first season, they also remained open.
I can send you a screenshot of the quest status, but I'm not sure that it will help much.
Interestingly, at the very beginning, it seemed that the acquaintance with corporations was launched, but it seems that the trigger does not work further, because the information about contracts is not empty.

Video recording of the discrepancy between the quests and the level that should be. This is especially noticeable in the contracts of NUCALORIC and Arachne, the level of upgrades of the corporation.
it's intentional that if you did the initial quest to meet/make contact with a faction in S1, you don't have to do that part again and you already have contact with that faction. assuming you did the quest to meet/make contact with nucal in S1, data reconstruction 1/3 being your first nucal contract of season 2 makes sense and is intentional
