Did not Receive "Level 75 Veteran" Reward for Season 1 Gameplay
As title states, I did not receive the level 75 sponsored kit for playing Season 1. I reached level 77 or 78, hitting 75 about a week prior to the weekly reset. The codex entry for the kit is missing entirely. I received all other kits.

Thanks for reporting this. I'm sorry to hear you're missing your CyAc Superior Sponsored Kit. The developers are aware of this situation and are looking into it.
In the meantime, to help with investigation, could you kindly provide a screenshot of your Season 1 progress as shown in your Codex? You can share screenshots of your Codex entry in Career > Season Levels > Season 1 and Career > Season Levels > Returning Players.

Same, I didn't receive any Kits at all, not the "Veteran" (hit lvl 200 during Season 1) nor the day one issues free kits. I have zero items in my mail. Everyone one else I played with last night all had nice blue kits with me sporting free kit.
Here is a screenshot of the Codex tab that should contain the kit in question.
I went to the codex and now have the returning players boxes. Thank you! I didn't realize i had to collect them. I had friends that said they just got them in their mail. I'm just missing the day one boxes from the downtime then.
