Missing level 75 rewards Season 1
Reached season 1 level 75 and did not get my CyAc level 75 kit. i was wondering if this is a known issue or do i have to request it somehow?

Thank you for the report. We are aware of an issue where users are unable to claim all expected Early Bird VIP rewards, as well as reports of users not receiving their highest Veteran kit reward, and are investigating to resolve this as soon as possible.
Just commenting to add to this. I am also missing it, and I'm wondering if its because I never claimed it as a rank upgrade reward in S1. I know that was a separate issue elsewhere. I'm not sure if the same happened to you, where you didn't claim the rank upgrade reward.
Also commenting that I am also missing this reward as well
