EvilTwin011, you need to understand that as a dev team, they will be rushing to attempt and fix things. Us as players can help out a lot by being more specific in the errors that are arising, to help them work out what they need to. If they can't identify quickly what's going on, it will only take longer for a fix to come.
One good way to show them is by taking a screenshot on your device and uploading it to a platform like Imgur (https://imgur.com/upload). At the least it allows them something to work with.
