Cryologist Title Bug

Hey Bungie! For the past month I have been trying to get the last task done (For Carnage, Apply Within) to earn my cryologist title. Despite completing 100+ UESC kills on multiple runs, the completion won't pop. My bungie name is Joyboy#0952. Would love some help here or to have it fixed for season two.
