What about what was lost because of dire marsh final exfil?
So what are you going to do about the stuff qe lost due to YOUR bug? Are we just supposed to accept the loss and lose faith in the company more?

Regarding lost items, support is not able to manually restore any lost items or progress. In cases where a qualifying server-side error occurs, any item recovery is handled automatically by the game systems.
Please note that item recovery only applies to specific server side error conditions and does not cover losses cause by connection or client side issues.
