Chip mod effects applying to other equipped weapon

Description of issue - Weapon chip mods are still flipping effects
Rough Date and Time of issue - Recorded 4/27, still happening 4/28 and 4/29
Repro steps - Not sure how to reproduce reliably. As you can see in the linked clip however, my equipped LMG is getting the benefits of both Bits Per Second and also the equipped Outland’s Mini Jammer
