TRIAGE - "Electron Capture Sinks" Core + Volt Cell

- Description of Issue - DISCLAIMER: Presumed given "Battery Overcharge" applies EMP on shield break with both Volt BATTERY [V22 Volt Thrower, V75 Scar, etc] and Volt CELL [V99 Channel, V00 Zeus RG, etc] weapons.
- Triage's Deluxe Core "Electron Capture Sinks" states that "While your Battery Overcharge is active, defeating a hostile or downing a runner with a volt weapon instantly restores a portion of the weapon's charge.". Anyone who has played triage will know that upon meeting the criteria with a Volt BATTERY weapon, this functions; however, this is not true for Volt CELL weapons.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - First Noticed roughly 5 days ago [4/19/2026] but may have existed for longer
- Repro steps - Decently easy to re-create:
- Step 1: Get Electron Capture Sinks and equip it, aquire a volt BATTERY and volt CELL weapon.
- Step 2: Find a UESC bot and/or hostile runner in-run, turn on battery overcharge and break their shields; EMP effect should apply with bolt weapons [distinguishable by the white arcs around the EMP'd target
- Step 3: Notice your Volt BATTERY will regenerate ammo on kill, but your Volt CELL weapon will not.
