game bug caused me to be under map

hello I will attach a clip from my twitter account showing that I went to do the lockdown and was hit by the spawning in of the lockdown chest, causing me to be slammed under the map and stuck, losing all my gear and not able to escape this bug.
this was around 6:00-6:30PM 4/19/26 MT

REPRO steps: to be where the box spawns in at during the lockdown? this was on the final step of the lockdown. 3rd chest location end of our run.

We understand you got stuck underneath the map due to being under the spawn point of a lockdown chest. We can imagine the impact that this may have had on your experience.
