Compiler immune to damage during dps phase. Glitched out during fight
During the Compiler fight, he became glitched out at the end of a damage phase where he didnt move. After triggering more damage phases, he was still immune to damage, making it so we could not complete the fight. This is incredibly frustrating as I used a DNA Access Card and they are incredibly rare and hard to get. This would have been a confirmed kill, so I used my card and got nothing when were at the very final stage.

It would be really nice to at least get the DNA Access Card back/recovered, as its a very scarce resource, and it was my first time at the boss fight after finally making it through the gauntlet of this map.

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Note: Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
