Map Fall Through Outside Vault 3 by Preservation
Outside of Vault 3 between Preservation and Control, there is a structure with a border around it with a small gap. If yourself or an enemy dies near the gap, their or your bag falls through the gap into an area deadspace box that isnt possible to get out of. I was able to get revived with Triage ult but was unable to get back up to the normal playing area. We also purposely killed my player character with multiple grenades to see if the bag would spawn up top but it did not. For reference, I was playing as Destroyer and even with the boost I was not able to exit the deadspace box underneath the map.

I can record a video and post a YouTube like here in the comments but will have to wait till Cryo Archives reopens later this week. Would additional photos of the location help? If not, I'll have to lose more gear doing this.
