Claymore no longer unlocked
I had unlocked the claymore to make it available for purchase. Then after an update a few days back it was suddenly no longer unlocked. I've been trying to figure out how to report this for days. I just a few minutes ago unlocked it again. Can you just take some of the required components out of my inventory and unlock the frag grenade, like it should be, for me please. And maybe explain why this happened. For all I know other stuff I had upgraded already is unavailable now. Please help

I don't see how sending a video of this particular kind of bug is of any help. Can't y'all just review my account and see I had unlocked claymore twice somehow?
It was arduous enough just figuring out how to submit a ticket, now I need to post YouTube videos too? Maybe for a bug where video could be proof but how is a video of me saying "hey this should already be upgraded, but isn't anymore" helpful? Either way y'all could just review my account info and reach the same conclusion.
