Shooting bubble causes game to crash for everyone on your team.

Description of Issue - Shooting bubble = game crash for entire team, no issues occurred in previous matches.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 11th of April, ~6:14am EEST
Repro steps - honestly..no clue? we were shooting at them with biotoxin, ended up cracking one of the guys' shields and then they popped a bubble, i swapped to my bully, shot once and it just..crashed? really unsure what even happened, any way we can atleast get our gear back?

We’re not able to restore items or progress lost due to disconnects, lag, or other connection issues. In cases where a qualifying server‑side error happens, any refunds that can be offered are handled automatically by the game systems, not manually through support.
In the event that an error occurs with Bungie’s server or network infrastructure, connection recovery may not be possible. We will attempt to ensure that any players affected by a server error will have their starting gear returned to them.
Gear refund only applies to a subset of server error conditions, and will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
Hello, I'm pretty sure that It wasn't an internet connectivity issue nor a client-side problem. All 3 of our games crashed at the same time, and we talked with the enemy that we were fighting at the time, they didn't crash or freeze, nothing happened to them. Are we sure there's no way to refund this gear? its an insane amount of gear for me and my squadmates.
