"Kills with Runner abilities" contract not counting Recon Tracker Drone
When doing the standard contract that requires 2 "Defeat Hostiles with Runner Abilities" and 20 "Defeat UESC", the Recon's Tracker Drone does not give progress for the Runner Abilities, despite being a runner ability.
Had to switch to Destroyer to use Search and Destroy for that one.

Just wanted to update this thread and say that on 04/11 this is still an issue while trying to do Sekiguchi Selection 1 quest
Created a profile on here to submit the same. The contract was a variation of the the aforementioned, the quantity of hostiles to defeat is slightly higher. If I may add, the UESC bots killed spawned due to activating a guarded exfil site in Outpost. 2 UESC were eliminated solely by the Tracker drone's damage.
