Hello, not OP but this happened to us as well.
Bungie Account Name - Turstle#2725, Dethi#0256, No#1891
Platform - PC
Description of Issue - Return on Investment 5/5, room locked with no UESC bots spawning after smoking one of the entrances, ended up leaving the raid because there were no way out.
Rough Date and Time of issue - 03/16/2026 (US Format) at around 2:30PM UTC+1

I ended up getting the uesc supplies and immediately it told me i failed the second part of the quest to exfil as soon as I had the supplies in my inventory
This bug just happened to me. Duo on Sponsored Kit Dire Marsh zone. Acquired salvage on my runner, after defeating UESC. We made it to final exfil and it prompted fail before we even got to exfil point.

Repro steps - Get to Canal tunnel, Destroy red boxes to drop Green lasers, hack strongbox, destroy UESC until strongbox opens, loot salvage, contract failed.
