refund my loot

youll take the time to make all the paid skins and all that but cant have the game run smoothly without crashes, imagine wanting people to play your game then having it crash almost everytime you pull up the map and you lose your bag after a key room pathetic excuse for a company as of late good job Pete and exect team. I enjoy the game when it lets me play but when is enough game crashes 20x in 3 days or bugged audio, bugged chat etc. but someone finds a cheesey work around to get into pinwheel and you can "fix" that within hours  good to see our priorities are straight, imo at that rate close the servers and refund everyone because you clearly dont care about the game thriving 
to sum it up yall suck, change my mind and fix your game and refund my key or loot  or something thats not oh heres 20lux or oh nothing we can do... more like nothing you're willing to do... do better Bungie

    While we're unable to manually return lost loot, we have a system in place that automatically refunds gear lost to a subset of server errors. Please note that this will not cover gameplay losses due to Internet connectivity or client-side problems.
