Hard Crashing Xbox series x post launch
Still have total system crash on series x, game is literally unplayable becuase of it. I have ruled out overheating and hardware failure.
This is the only game that does this. 300 plus hours in arc, 100 plus hours in BF6 and countless other games.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with the game crashing. We'd recommend trying to clear your console's game cache if you haven't already. I've included a link to help you with this if needed. We'd also recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if it helps, also if you haven't done it already.

I cannot get any footage because i do not have a capture card and it is causing a total system cras. i have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, ruled out a hardware or overheating issue. Once again i want to reeiterate that this is a marathon specific problem. I am a HEAVY gamer and have many long sessions over all types of titles. BF6, Arc Raiders, Forza, any game for hours. but these random crashes are killing the experience. I cannot go into a run without be worried that i will loose all my gear, and i am leaving early as well. I know i am not the only one experiencing this as i have seen comments across here and other forums.

Thank you very much for your response and the additional information. While you have mentioned that they are random, can you list off some examples of where and what you might have been doing when some of these crashes occurred? Did you receive any message or anything before the crash?
Hello, and thank you for the response. As of now, it really seems to be random. It seems to happen more on outpost and dire marsh as opposed to Perimeter. I thought maybe Map Events are causing it, Like Heat Cascade or Lockdown, but those happen alot with no crash. They are complete suprises when they happen. It happens during alot of action, and seemingly when nothing is going on on my screen. No System Messages from xbox, and only a reconnect message from Marathon when i log back in.
