URGENT DIDNT GET ANY DELUXE BENIFITS, AND I PAID FOR THE DELUXE VERSION
I bought the deluxe edition, and have not recieved the voucher in my mailbox. i have no premium access to the premium content I bought.

We are still investigating an issue where players are not receiving their deluxe edition rewards. Could you please check if you still own the items in the customization for each shell?
