Missing Marathon Twitch Drops (Server Slam & Launch) - Update
Hello,
I am missing several Marathon Twitch Drops in‑game, even though they are all correctly claimed in my Twitch Drops Inventory.
I have already completed all recommended steps, including: • Checking my Partner Rewards page on Bungie.net • Verifying all drops in my Twitch Drops Inventory • Claiming every available Marathon drop • Unlinking and relinking my Twitch account on both Twitch and Bungie • Logging out, logging back in, and refreshing the Account Linking page
I also want to clarify that I claimed all of these drops immediately and well within the official campaign windows mentioned in your guidelines. This includes: • Server Slam Drops (Feb 26 – Mar 2) • Launch Drops (Mar 5 – Mar 9)
All drops were claimed during the active campaign periods, and therefore also within the 7‑day post‑campaign claim window. None of them were claimed late, and all of them have been marked as “Claimed” in my Twitch inventory since the event. They were also claimed before the in‑game redemption cutoff dates (e.g., March 31 for the Sponsored Kit).
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
The following drops do not appear in my Partner Rewards section and are also missing in‑game:
• WEAVEworm Background • Twitch Engine Weapon Skin • GraffitiBingus Background • White & Purple Weapon Skin
All of these items show as successfully claimed on Twitch, but they never appear on Bungie.net or in Marathon.
Could you please investigate this further on your end and restore the missing drops?

Hey yeah, I've got the same experience with this exact issue. I watched for 4 hours, both Server Slam and Launch Event, but have received the emblems and stickers. But the backgrounds and weapon skins are still missing for me both in-game and as partner connected items despite being claimed on Twitch.

Missing items do not show upon the Partner Rewards page. Hope this helps, and that there is a fix for this soon. I know y'all have a lot to work on at the moment but I appreciate the effort and look forward to a response.

I see this popping up on both reddit and the discord a lot. It varies what people have got. Myself, I've received both the twitch kits, emblems, the launch purple/white weapon skin and all stickers, but missing both backgrounds and the server slam weapon.
I hope this is fixed soon as I really want the WEAVEworm Background!

I am missing some of the drops aswell, I received the "White & Purple Weapon", "Graffiti Bingus Sticker", and "GraffitiBingus Background" drops but am missing the "Graffiti Bingus Emblem", "Twitch Engine Weapon Skin", "GLOWworm Weapon Sticker", "WEAVEworm Background", and "SMILEYworm Emblem & Kit" drops.

I only received rewards for participating in the slam test (Beta.exe) today. But I still haven't received any rewards for watching on Twitch

I have now received all my remaining drops.
I still haven't received my bingus emblem :(
