Purchased Deluxe Edition Upgrade, Yet Premium Pass Still Locked
I purchased the Deluxe Edition Upgrade on Steam through the in game links and was able to receive the runner skins and weapon skins, but when I attempt to unlock anything from the premium pass, I'm told it's locked and I need to buy premium. I gave it a day and I still don't have access. I've done all the basic troubleshooting on my end, and I figured I should just wait until the issue is resolved, but today I noticed an item in my vault: a premium rewards pass voucher. I thought my problems were solved, but as it turns out, I can't do anything with this item. I can move it to my backpack, sell it, or inspect it and that's it. I need answers! What is this thing, and how can I get my premium rewards pass without buying it again? Please send help. Here's a picture:

On the Premium page, there's a button to "Redeem Token" or something. I missed it a few times, it's not obvious at all.
I can't find the button anywhere. Can you point me in the right direction? I'm convinced it's basically invisible at this point.
