Constant "micro-stutter" at all times, both menus and gameplay.
GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core
RAM: 32 GB
Motherboard: B650 Gaming X AX (AM5)
Not sure what's causing it, but it was also like this during the server slam. Tried closing all other programs, disabling Steam overlay, setting graphics to low, etc. It happens at a constant 3-5 seconds.

Yeah it's most likely because of your friendslist sadly, something Bungie has to fix
The first Marathon patch was released today, but the problem wasn't fixed, it wasn't even mentioned at all. We're desperate and waiting for a definitive solution.
