Materialist Perk Does not work

Materialist perk, in which you get salvage upon exfil, does not ever proc. It does not show up in your after action, your vault, and even if you have open spots in your backpack they dont show up

    I am on Steam and have been suspecting the same issue for the past week (March 16-22) but have only been able to confirm today. I don't have a video, but can attempt to record next time I exfil with Materialist, if need be.
