FPS CAP 70-90

Hello,

FPS locked between 70-90 FPS, pretty much regardless which graphics settings I choose (low to epic). 

System information: 

Mainboard: ASUS B550M-A

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

GPU: AMD Radeon 7800XT

RAM: 32 GB DDR4-Ram 3200Mhz
