Low fps

I hope you are well

I have a 4070, i5 12400F and I have been receiving fps from around 60-80fps in most areas playing the game. my player experience in terms of optimisation has been bad as i use optimised settings. i play with only 2 high settings, shadow lowest and everything else on medium.
