Performance instability due to server load

Bungie ID: 0ld_Snake#7227 Platform: Steam I noticed when I play at noon vs. in the evening, the performance is much more stable and better. In the evening anywhere from 8 to 1AM I experienced fps drops and frequent chugs when playing. For comparison I noticed that even in the lobby my fps is more stable and higher when I play at noon CET then in the evening where my fps jumps from 70 to 140 randomly, whereas it's stable at around 140 at noon. Same thing in game, my fps is way more unstable at same graphics settings then when playing earlier in the day, and the chugs I experience are a few milliseconds long but noticable, like tick from a server sync or something. Might be something to take a look at since this looks like a server issue.
