Mediocre performance despite good PC hardware

Hi,

My build:
i5 - 12600K
GTX 5060 Ti 16 GB
48 GB RAM DDR4

And I get around ~80 FPS max. Everything works smoothly and fine, but I think (according to the game requirements) I should have more FPS easily. Nothing works in the background, except maybe empty Chrome and autorunning Process Lasso. I have the newest NVIDIA drivers, 595.59 (released February 27). I tried turning down settings, but they don't change much of anything. Moreover, I noticed that when VSync is ON, I get around ~80 FPS instead of 60 locked to the screen (usually in games it is 60, even when I have a 165 refresh rate monitor). And when I turn VSync OFF… I also get ~80 FPS. Weird.
