Vocal chat not always working

- Description of Issue - Hello, sometimes my vocal chat is not working, I can hear other players in my team or in another team but i cannot speak even with my mic open. I already checked on windows and ingame mic options but everything is alright.
- Rough Date and Time of issue - 28/02/26 and 01/03/26
- Repro steps - quitting and launching the game later
