Persisting Mouse Issue despite fix

Probably another drop in the bucket; but just to reiterate with details for the purposes of issuing a fix in the long run:

• Bungie Account Name - walmart keanu
• Platform - Steam
• Description of Issue - Mouse input lag still an issue. Here are the steps I've taken to try fix the issue:

- Disabled overlays (Steam, Discord, and Nvidia)

- Disabled full screen optimization in Marathon.exe Compatibility Settings

- Disabled "Sharing Activity" in Discord settings

- Lowered mouse polling rate to 500 and then to 125. 

- Playing with wired mouse. 

- Mouse in question is Razer Basilisk V3 Pro

Rough Date and Time of issue - Been going one since alpha and as of 2/28 during the Server Slam.
