Unstable Diodes and other materials vanish from vault inventory.

This issue has mainly been with the Unstable Diodes. Though I believe this has occurred with other materials as well. Mostly just been tracking the diodes. Upon successfully extraction with diodes, diodes successfully show up in vault and display the correct amount temporarily. However after swapping tabs to any other menu, the amount will reduce to 1, when you return to the vault to view it again. Sometimes if I go straight to the factions menu after freshly acquiring Unstable Diodes, it will also temporarily display the correct amount. (Whatever was retrieved. 4, 6, 10) However at somepoint in navigating the menus, the amount will always reduce to 1. No specific menu actions need to be taken for this to occur. Just simply navigating the menus or flipping between the vault and armory, or load out menus. This issue can be replicated everytime. I have not been able to progress or expand my vault because of it. Please let me know if there are any fixes, or if any further details are required. Thanks.
