Bad performance

Description of issue: I'm getting 60 to 80 fps on my gaming laptop with low settings which is not bad but i know i can have much more on a game like this and those 60 to 80 fps doesn't feel smooth at all, like i know it's not 120 fps but i feel like there's "tearing" or something like this that make the game not comfortable. here is my configuration:

CPU: Ryzen 7 7435 HS

GPU: RTX 4060

RAM: 24Go

1TB SSD
