New Audio Bug

I just downloaded the game today. I opened it for the first time and the game audio was nothing but extremely loud white noise or static all the way through the tutorial and into the lobby screen. I restarted game, restarted pc, uninstalled, reinstalled, uninstalled battlEye, Reinstalled battlEye, checked integrity of files and same result. i cant hear voices, music, footsteps, gunfire, nothing but loud as heck static. I found in the settings its tied to SFX and Music. I am using Logitech Pro X wired headset. i do not have this issue at all on any of my other sound devices, IE external speakers and monitor speakers. i tried launching the game after executing the logitech hub, ive tried unplugging and plugging back in, ive tried a different usb hub to set the headset and its just the same obnoxious static sound. I found some threads about muffled audio, or underwater audio bugs and fixes but this is not that. Again this is a very loud static with no normal game play audio.
