Loading up the game caused game PC to crash and run slower after

Description: When loading up the server slam, PC maxes out CPU usage and then crashes.
PC Specs: CPU 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 - 12700 || GPU NVIDIA 3060 TI || SSD PM9A1 NVMe Samsung 1024GB
Basically, every time I loaded up the game, my PC would crash, and it would cut to a screen that said "your PC has encountered a problem and needs to restart," and then it would attempt but fail to restart, and I have tried to restart it multiple times. Since then, my PC has run slower, I can't even load up Lethal Company, and I know for a fact that my PC has and can run the game smoothly. I even had problems loading YouTube videos at one point, and now plugging my PC into my Ethernet port causes connection issues. I am now reinstalling the game, and will be scraping every file that came from the install by hand, so I can rid it of whatever caused my pc to start breathing through a tube.
