got this strange message while playing a game on cloud gaming service (Boosteroid)

while trying to play with another person they kept getting this error message when i joined the crew

this only happens when i specifically join the crew or a game with them, as they can play the game normally otherwise.

is there a way to fix this? i read somewhere that it could be related to antivirus software or firewalls blocking something but i dont know what

also sometimes BattlEye will also fail to update saying the amd_fidelityfx_loader dll is corrupted and the game will not launch
