Controller won't stop vibrating after tutorial exfil

Description of Issue - During first exfil, controller vibrated. Expected this as normal, however, controller would not cease vibrating all the way back into main menu and did not stop even after turning off controller vibration in settings. Controller is an 8Bitdo Ultimate 2C plugged into the USB port of my PC and has not experienced this issue in over 1 year of use across multiple games. 
Rough Date and Time of issue - Feb. 27, shortly after 8:30am EST. 
Repro steps - None attempted, will reissue report with update if issue persists.
