Performance issues on strong pc

Either DLSS is not working as intended or something else is going on, not the only person who ahs experienced this as ive checjed in the discord i am on an i7 14700kf cpu and a 4070 super gpu, latest drivers installed 36gig ddr5 ram, installed marathon on an SSD, my cpu ends up running relatively warm which i was not expecting as the requirements on steam seem very low my gpu and cpu remain at about 30 percent useage with my cpu being at around 68 degrees celsius and pushing 120 fps on uncapped where i should be hitting somewhere near 180 frames on 2560x1440 medium graphic preset.

dlss is on performance i definately think that dlss is not actually being utilised despite it saying it is

This was immediately after the server slam opened i am on pc playing from steam also noticed my mouse being very choppy upon start up of the game but smoothing out after application runs for longer
