update on broken black textures for amd cards
i was experiencing this issue (i have a radeon VII card) and i managed to fix it by downscaling my drivers from the latest to 23.7.1, this is a very unsatisfactory fix since it causes issues with other games but i hope it helps in finding a fix for the latest drivers

Excuse me, could you tell me how you were able to do it?
Just uninstall the current driver and install the specified version from the official website. I checked it and it really works.
Having to downgrade to almost 3 year old drivers to even play the game is certainly a Bungie moment. Whether it's actually their fault or not, it does feel like I'm right back in D2.
