Same I have very high CPU usage - 60-80% in menus/lobbies/out of game and pushing 90-100% in game. Causes lots of hang and stuttering even with low-mid GPU usage, all settings dropped to lowest, tried out different settings nothing seems to lower CPU usage.
Sitting in start game menu right now, getting 70+% CPU usage according to task manager.
Similar here. CPU limited at 150-180 fps on a 9800X3D. 5080 sitting at 70-80% utilisation at 3440x1440 DLAA with the settings maxed. It plays well enough but it’s almost the best CPU money can buy and I’d hoped the fps ceiling would be higher

I also have that problem. I have better hardware components than recommended on Steam, and my game is at 50 or les fps even on low graphics.
Hi. I have 32 GB of RAM, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D, and an RTX 5070. I play at 1080p.
I’m seeing very high CPU load: ~75–80% overall, and some cores are hitting 95–99%. At the same time, my GPU usage is only around 50–60%.
This is the first game that has pushed my CPU this hard.

Same issue here, I'm sitting in the main menu with almost 100% CPU usage...PC optimization is absolute garbage
