Strong 240p-like grain background in menus – causing visual discomfort
Hi,
I want to report a visual issue I’m experiencing during the Server Slam.
There seems to be a very strong grainy / film grain effect in the menus. The image looks noisy and rough, almost like an old screen filter.
I’m not sure if this is intended as an artistic choice or if it’s a graphical issue, but for me it makes the menus look unpleasant and hard to look at for long periods.
I’m sharing this feedback in case other players are experiencing the same thing.
If possible, it would be great to have an option to reduce or disable this effect.

As a first step, please consult this page and follow the cache clearing steps for your platform. Following that, if the issue persists, we'd recommend going through the reinstallation steps on the same page. If after doing so the issue is still ongoing, then we'd like to ask that you capture some footage of the issue for us to review. In that case, you can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
My graphics card is a nivida 4080 drivers are up to date have Uninstaller reinstalled and cleared cache. Not a computer issue
I cant play a game like that i am going to refund if its something that cant be fixed

While we appreciate the footage, it doesn't clearly show the issue for us. To that point, could you please capture the footage of your screen on your PC specifically, rather than recording its screen via an external device? This should help us get a clear view of the issue.
I play on xbox series s and have the same problem/issue. It seems a artistic choice somehow since the overall look of the game, even ingame has the same look for me. Such a weird thing, because when I look at ps5 footage everything looks shiny, almost plastic like and crisp.
