If i unlink my twitch account will that help to restore my old id and contact list ?

I was able to change my name back to shepi from sienishepi.. but still i do not have my contacts restored. I have no idea how to achieve that.

So it seems that i linked my twtich account here today.. and it changed my ingame name maybe.. and the ID of my account so by doing that i lost all of my contacts.. is there a way to recover my old...

My twitch and steam account are under the same email. So nothing should have changed because of that ?  where can i change my primary profile ? i have no clue. But i just linked my account here and...
