Cryo archive sponsor kit

It doesn't let me use the cryo sponsor kit neither in cryo or other maps and the reason for cryo is because it doesn't meet the 5k to enter please fix that bungie

It doesn't have a code the only thing is saying after a error is trying to join again but nothing happens

Not able to finish a Run

The run keeps giving a error on middle of a run and I've been loosing kits and loot

Crashing the game

Is impossible to finish a run and say connection error and i keep loosing my loot even the enhanced kits loosing them
